N.C. Blade/Point ID

Here is a blade and point that was found in N.C a few years ago at seperate sites, im unsure on what type of material they are, im thinking maybe a cobbs blade and a adena im not sure. any input would be helpful.

I would say the blade is a Badin, unsure about the other point though, ppl are quick to label everything with a rounded base, An Adena. The Badin is Rhyolite, but not sure what material the other point is, thats why I am unsure of the type.
Might be from another state. I would have to actually hold it, to tell what material it is.

The black one looks beveled to me, and that would make it not Adena.
 
I'd call it an archaic stemmed knife/point. :thumbsup:
 
Well I showed the points to a good friend of mine here in NC. He said the Triangular point is a preform, The other a Morrow Mt, made from VA black rhyolite. Apparently we are too far from Kays flint.

Hey Molly I forgot to mention that the Black point Has white specks and streaks on the backside an a little on the front I don't know if this will help ID it any better

I come across such on my black rhyolite too. Its so difficult to tell what material it is without actually holding it.
