Neat find, Coinshooter!

The National Leather and Shoefinders Association was founded in 1904 as an organization for those who provide services and materials to the shoe repair industry. "Shoefinders" are wholesalers of shoe repair equipment and supplies. Other members include tanners, manufacturers, and distributors. In 1949 it was renamed the Shoe Service Institute of America, and reportedly remains in existence today, with headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.

Your other find looks as if it's probably the top part (hanger bar) of a souvenir ribbon badge.

Nice PBK.

Can you chew gum at the same time you are tracking everything down.

I can't.
