Native American or newer or nothing?

I found this item last weekend. I couldn't get pics that really show the detail, but it is certainly man made based on marks that made the top indent and on the sides of it... or one hell of a work of nature. Some of the marks show in the pics, others do not. Some marks look newer, probably from a plow?

It is a bit over an inch thick in the center and the ends all have a thin edge to them



So if it is man made, could it be Native American or do you think it was made after by someone in the 17/18/1900's just as a heart shape?

The field it came from is old. I just pulled a capped bust half dime out of there, but tree coins and spanish silver have shown up in the past and there were Native Americans in the area prior to all of that.

It looks natural to me.
 

It might be natural, might need more shots, how about some side pics.??

Could be just a chip off a rock but looks like a Spanish Heart.
If so, one that small would be important!!
 

My guess is that the hand of man was the plow that kicked it around. Always worth stopping to see though. The capped bust was for sure the find of the day.
