Hi everyone. . .

I was metal detecting a neighbors yard (house 1930s') and this holed stone
turned up at the bottom of the hole. This house was originally tilled pasture
way back when and there have been woodland points found in this area.

Any thoughts?. . . or is this just some type of school jewelry project :tongue3:

Thanks for any thoughts :)

i think the hole would be smoother if they drilled it, i say geofact, sorry

Ah la natural. Good eye's though. :icon_cyclops_ani:
HH !

Might possibly be a Pebble Pendant, but it would have to come from a known Indian site. More than likely just a natural stone and the hole was formed by something eroding out of the rock.

holes sure look like they are beveled, maybe a rock with a natural hole that they modified alittle to make a pebble pendant
