My mother in law found this rock in East TN back in the 50s or 60s. She thinks it’s Native American. Do you agree? If so what is it? Thanks

Looking at it again-I can see where you are going with this thought, and totally agree with you in what it possibly be.Honestly I’m not sure it’s natural, looks like somebody pored out some thinset, just the way it’s cracked, and what looks like a few bubble voids, the smoothness, and the color… could be natural but looks a lot like what I’ve got when I’ve poured out extra thinset (mortar to stick ceramic tile) in case you guys call it something else.
It could be a stone used to grain, like a mortar and pistol.
