I just looked thru my button book and those look very much like the early 1813 us navy buttons. I will be interested to see what some of the other folks here think. Regards.

3rd pic looks British from American revolution era

You have correctly ID them.. the first one it is a Royal Naval Hospitals tunic button (with no back-mark and no crown is from 1820-1849) the 2nd one is a Royal Naval Surgeon that was used from 1805-1825.
