Nazi Hitler Youth item

Found this yesterday at a 1950's house. It has a swastika on it. After some research it appears it's a Hitler Youth knife grip insignia. I originally thought it was a pin of some sort. Too bad it's in such rough shape.

Back has "M 1/120" and "RZ over an M" in a circle.

Here is one in good condition.
