neat pin...can anyone please ID it??

This sterling and enamel (?) pin was an estate sale find. I'm assuming that "take it and follow me" has a religous meaning(??). The box of assorted pins, costume jewelry, etc., that it came in also had a very nice rosary. Everything seems to date the 30s.
