I'm looking to pick up a used Excalibur for about $600 to $700. So, if you need some extra cash for bills, taxes, kids, repairs or whatever, shoot me a PM. Unit must NOT have any known problems whatsoever. Good cosmetic condition - at least a 8 out of 10. I am a verified member of paypal, so, if you have what I'm looking for I can have the funds in your account in roughly 24 hours.

Its OK to look for one at that price. But ones that work would cost more. I would have to have at least $1,000 for mine as it is blessed.

As the great Ralph Kramden would've said; 'Well, hardy har har. Aren't you a riot, Sandman'. :laughing7: I wasn't expecting to land an Excal 2 for crying out loud :tongue3: An Excal 1000 would be MORE than fine. I was also hoping I would run across someone with a bad itch for the pipe, the craps tables or some other evil vice that would possess them to sell-off all their detecting gear for pennies on the dollar :laughing9: :laughing7:

BTW Sandman, blessed by who? Benny Hinn, Peter Popoff or Creflo Dollar?? :laughing7: :angel11: :angel5: :angel12: :angel9:

P.S. - I have INDEED seen some older Excals go for $600 to $800.

P.P.S. - I just got an excellent condition CZ-20 for $500...shipped. But, would still entertain offers on a used Excal if the price is right

Yes but sandman has a Excalibur 1000....... and a lot think that the Excal 1000 is worth more than the newer Excal ll..............

Just so happens Norman Garnush blessed my Excal years ago on a beach in Galveston. He was also the one that showed me the "Happy Dance," though it looked a lot like Soupy Sales.

An I do think the Excal 1000 is less trouble free than the Excal II.
I remember Soupy Sales when he was still the weather man on Detroit TV.......... Here is a happy bunny dance for you SM.................

Hey Keppy, did you ever see the episode where the crew hired a stripper that showed up topless at Soupy's door? :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing7:

Right Place at the right time

MOst of the deals I have came across have been during the winter but I could not pass this one up

Just got a great deal on a couple excals, friend of a friend had (2) 8 n 10 along with 5 batteries, 3 chargers, PP, (2) RTG long handle scoops, both straitshafts, plus all kind of extras...8oo..both in excellent condition, except from setting after use and not washing off...coil cables cracking....easy fix, McNett Aquaseal Repair Adhesive
Reason..down sizing, moving to spain, and in a hurry?

That is indeed lucky Joe. Sometimes good things happen to good people. :coffee2:
