need help finding the name to a movie

i just saw the commercial for it not to long ago but now i cant remember what the name of the movie was. it was about this girl, she and her boyfriend were in a park and her boyfriend was killed and then after that she buys a gun and every time she sees someone like robing a store or something she kills them. then the FBI goes looking for her.
does anyone know what the name of this movie is?

I think I know which one your talking about, but can't think of the name. Do you remember the actress? I thought it was Ashley Judd, but not sure.
Was that the clip that she says "give me back my dog" while she has a gun in her hand?
