Need help identifying beer bottle

I have this old Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer bottle and I need help finding the year it was made. On the neck of the bottle it says: The Beer of Quality. It has the word “Special” written on it twice. It is 12 fluid ounces. All help is very much appreciated. Let me know if you need any more information on the bottle.

1937 if that is a 7 to the right of the diamond, if there is a dot/period after the number it would be 1947...

The bottle was made by the Owens Illinois Glass Company.
Maybe the '7' is the designation of the plant.
If so, I believe that would be Alton, Illinois (1930-1983).
