Need help identifying button....not sure if it's old

Found this button at a school buried about 4 inches down. Not sure if it's old or not Looks pretty old as it's in rough shape but not sure. Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Swedish Army Infantry, Dal (Dalarna) Regiment, late 19th or early 20th century.

Illustrated and listed as such in Hughes & Lester's Big Book of Buttons, pp. 743-44, Plate 315, #10.

Looks very old to me. Seems like I have seen a button like that on here somewhere. Sorry I don't know anything about buttons.
