Need help identifying. Drill/awl/perforator?

I added the picture with all artifacts found at this site for context.

These are about 4 feet down in north Georgia.

Dug this up today. Material is argillite. Is it a drill or perforator? What would it have been used for?

Also, just dug this quartz point. The base is different than the other ones I have found so I'm curious about it. Any help with ID?

I’d go perforator with how quickly it widens out. As far a use… to poke holes in stuff… couldn’t resist… thinking poking holes to stitch hide, or attach a strap. or maybe make a hole in a shell or stone for ornaments… any other reason you may want a hole in something.

Quartz is so tough to see in pics, in the one i think I see real nice flaking for quartz but seems like a woodland-historic triangle, Fresno, Madison are common names depending on region
