need help identifying makers mark on earring

need help identifying maker's mark on earring

found this earring today, and under a microscope I found a heart with what appears to be "ST" inside it. searched several pages of hallmarks and maker marks but can't find anything yet.

It is an SA. And means it was made in the Salerno area of Italy
