It was found on private land joining the battle of the washita in cheyenne oklahoma its approx the size of a half dollar The reverse is blank an corroded roughly almost as if there was another side to it but fell off its not hollow like a pocket watch I would take pictures but it's on loan an I believe to be displayed in the black kettle museum I'm curious if this is a trade item or something off more importance I'm not sure how to interpret the nativity seen and what it means

Yes it's metal appears to be iron rang up as iron on whites vx3 I agree with the two owls perched on a branch I can't find anything like it and am curious what exactly it was used for or if it has any cultural significance or am I over analyzing it and it's just something someone carved they thought was cool I just don't know
