Need help identifying this item.

Good Morning. I was wondering if anyone could ID this . It has the name Frankfield and Co. along with a 14k mark and PAT of "84".
Not 1984 obviously. An internet search of Frankfield Co. placed them in NYC turn of the century as a jeweler. So I will assume its a jewelry item.
Looks to small for a cufflink. Thanks.
