Need help identifying

I don't think this is old but I just want to know what it is. I found it alongside old glass insulators wrapped with copper wire. It's about 2 feet long with a bore end to end. Thanks

Grounding rod was what my answer was too.......because of the wrap in copper comment...

I have driven hundreds of ground rods and I have never seen "bored through" rods and never this short and with this look. Maybe this was some sort of arm used on the pole that the insulators came from. Lets see the glass.

My neighbor said tire iron but this tool doesn't feel heavy enough. As for the insulators they are broken, clear one stamped Whitall Tatum Co. #3. The green tinted one just says Whitall before the break. Thanks guys.View attachment 1393932

I don't think it is a tire jack but the rod that goes through a hole in the bumper to lower the spare tire.The wings fit in a slot.
