Need help identifying!!

[Bradley Morrison]

I have no idea what this is. It was found near the North Beach in Racine, Wisconsin. At first I thought it was a bottle cap of some kind, however it is not. On the back, I could make out the texts, “725” and “nott” and “USA”. Any help identifying what this is would be greatly appreciated.

No there are no threads.

The first picture shows a portrait of a man. And,if you enlarge the third picture you will see that what looks like a screen is a basket weave pattern. Maybe the NO 11 is in reference to a series of pieces? Possibly presidents?

Dude... That IS yours. I just washed through Photo Shop to make the images a little sharper. They are actually negative images of your pictures.
