Need help Identifying

Found Sunday and need help identifying or pointed in the right direction. Seems to be brass with copper back but I could be wrong. Came from military base active in both WWI and WWII through the present. Thanks for any help

Brass Great Seal button, likely WW1. If you can read a maker's mark off the back it might help narrow down the dating.

Thank you. There is markings on the back. I’m out of town. Hopefully when I return I can retrieve any markings. Thank you for the info !
