Need help thinking about buying this

Thinking about buying my first dredge. Should I hold out for a 4inch. This does seem like a good deal. He said it a 1 1/2. If that's true can i convert this into a 3 or 4inch with min cost? But I want one with a t80.

Don't call it a drudge. Sounds too much like work. I'd say if you buy it for what it is it may be ok. If you want something else (3" or 4") buy that.

Too small to convert. How do you want to use it?

Well, what I want to do is put a over/under on with some gold hog mats. Add a t/80 with a quick disconnect for my mask. I agree it's to small. I'am going to have all next summer to prospect, and I want to move more dirt then my sniper, and deeper water. I have found some good gold for ohio. I just need the right tools now.

My only advice on the T80 is to make it a stand alone setup! the engine for this device is way to small to do both as it has been stated. if your going to run the Gold Hog mats , I think your not going to need the O/U sluice setup! Just run the G.H. mats and youll be happy with them alone!

If you wanna dredge buy a four, if you want to piddle, buy something smaller.
