Need help to ID buckle

I found this buckle in PA in the front yard of an 1820 house. If anyone can ID it I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

It's one half of a lady's two-piece Art Nouveau style dress buckle from the early 1900's. The missing piece would be a mirror image of this one, and the complete buckle would look something like this:
