Need help to Identify Antique Leather Bag Wallet??

Hi and thank you in advance for your help on this piece. I also hope everyone is doing well too. I have a antique item. I’m not sure exactly what I got, but is old. Inside it opens with old fabric material that resembles fabric from Victorian era. It has 3 parts, that hold items,money,papers or something. Very well made. I cannot figure out what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Dimensions? Might be for "toiletries" like a pair of straight razors and a badger-hair brush & c.
