I'm no rockhound but I'll take a total guess. Maybe Gem Silica? Someone will come along. If not we do have a rocks and minerals forum. Rocks/Gems

Looks silica heavy, the blue green color would probably come from copper content. Depends on what area it was found and the neighboring geology.

I got all kinds of stones of various types under the foundation literally built & poured on top of them. Found out there was an old gem shop around there that was in business from 60's to early 70's

I could be wrong but to me, it appears to be Chrysocolla. Beautiful piece and congrats on the find.

You could be right that it is Gem Silica (Chalcedony)! I believe that it would either have to be that or Chrysocolla.
