At a glance I'd say the navy button is roughly 1812 period... I think the one listed in Albert's book as NA-6A... Either of these tidbits could be off by a bit.
Im pretty sure I can make out the word GILT on the back, but a bit of light cleaning to see the whole backmark might help in exact dating.

The cameo style piece may have been the end of a seal, either on a watch fob or even a ring. For pressing your mark into sealing wax on documents etc. By the hairstyle later 18th century is very likely. I have a few of them complete. Hope that helps

I feel both would date from the end of the 1700s to the early 1800s, roughly, and be described as "late Georgian"

Very nice apparent carnelian intaglio! I would love to find that. Does it look like it was attached somehow on the back side?
