🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Need help with ring ID. Possible radio show premium?

I found this ring the other day. It is one of those bend to fit types, so probably for a kid. It has several strange symbols on the front.

I wasn't able to get a completely clear view but it looks like it might be a Lone Ranger Ring, said to be a premium from Kix Cereal.
