need help with some watches seiko buren and a ladies 14k pocket watch

picked up another bag of jewelry today and these 3 watches were in it but im not a watch guy so any help would be appreciated , the gold watch weighs 30 grams with all the guts in it, what would you estimate the gold to weigh buy it self and is this worth anymore than scrap if left together? the seiko shows some damage to the watch face

What's the movement look like in the pocket watch? I will say you found three very nice time pieces. It a guess, but I'll say maybe 10 grams on the case.

i have no idea how to check it or what im looking for lol like i said im not a watch guy but i am learning alot from this forum and have picked up alot of nice gold and silver in the past year which i am going to start posting

You got some very nice finds. I would estimate the weight of the gold pocket watch would be 1/3 of the total weight. With pocket watches everything depends upon the movement as the movements generally were cased later with cases from different manufacturers.
