This is not a dug piece, but I am so impressed with the knowledge here, I wanted to start here. I apologize if this is "bad form" to post a non-detecting item here. Any idea who the actual manufacturer is, its age, or any place to do further research on this?

Thanks for your input!

No need to apologize. I'm not aware of any posting restrictions that mandate an item be dug or detected.

Can't help with the vase though. :dontknow:

Although I haven't found that exact mark yet I believe it to be a Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel mark. That is a beautiful Art Nouveau looking piece that probably dates from the 1890 to around the turn of the century or just after. I'll update soon. Here is a similar piece- http://tinyurl.com/4uxztd2

Turn-Teplitz is a region of Bohemia that produced art pottery during the Art Nouveau era.
The R St K mark is that of Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel which started using a red “R St. K” mark beginning in 1892.
