Need ID on early colonial spoon bowl mark

My friend Dan found this at a site that was giving up 1600s artifacts, but we cannot identify the maker's mark on the inside of the bowl. Appreciate any help with an ID and/or date for this item.

Love the old ones, here's some marks for pewter/lattens someone sent me, can't really tell if any come close. I have 4 with the opposed spoons and initials, but also one that eludes me. maybe eagle with initials...
