The bottom note is a fantastic example of a 'Printed Folds' or 'Printed Over Folds' error note.
A slightly 'printed folds' note can go for $500 in VF to $900 in UNC.
Yours is much more than a "slightly printed folds" error note.
If it were mine, I'd get in contact with the 'Currency Dept." of Heritage Auctions, 'The World's Largest Collectible Auctioneers', then send the appropriate party at HA a pic of your note, both sides--and ask for a free (??) auction value and a cost for their appraisal.
If that bill gets authenticated, I'd vote BANNER.

Thanks for the reply Mackaydon. All 3 pics are scans of the same notes, the 3rd pic showing it folded over. There's only about a quarter of the bottom note, the rest was cut away. I've never seen anything like this before. She said it came directly from a stack of new bills she received nearly 20 years ago. I'll pass along what you said to her, i'm sure it will make her day.
