Found at new permission. It had another little (antenna?) on other side but it fell off. Part of telephone? Head lantern? Car part? It’s rather heavy.

Mmm so that’s the internals, could very well be that on the right. Would that be ear piece or mouth piece?

I was starting to think it was vintage headphone internal piece but it does look like that ear piece you posted thanks so much for the help

That is a early attempt of inventing the bell. The clapper was on the wrong side and was scrapped.
