Need some help with a gtax 1000....

Buddy of mine picked up a used 1000 at a garage sale for $50 ....family was selling it because the owner died and they didnt know how to use it.....he didnt get an owners manual or anything else.....is there a video or something to show him how to get started.....I told him how to download a manual from Garrett website......but he was wondering if there is anything else.....thanks for the help ....see ya later....God bless and good hunting.

Garrett did not make a video of the GTAx 1000 that i know of .............. But he did make one of the GTAx 550 and the only difference that i know of between the two detectors is the icons on the top of the screen.................. So i think that video would help you out............
