Need some help with this plate

Hey diggers, Great stuff you been posting. I found this serving plate that says made in France for Sacs Fifth Ave at a festival thrift store and thought it was interesting because the store is in New York. If anyone has any ideas or information about the dish or the maker I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for looking and keep on diggin. The Rooster

found this double inkwell also heard about 1964 corinationplates for queen elisibeth II with same marking

Couldnt find the makers mark in Kovels dictionary of marks

I cant find any reference to this plate in French Antique books..But I acan tell you the picture depcts a Crete scene of the famous Bull Leapers. I did find this story ...
