I have a map from the 1880's of my hometown that I am trying to overlay onto the map on google earth. I've attempted to do it myself, but I can't seem to get it placed correctly. The link to the original map is

Is it even realistic to think this kind of map can be correctly overlayed?
I presume that not *every* kind is compatible with google earth.
If it can't be overlayed "correctly", perhaps someone has some advice on making it close enough to perfect?
