I just don't care for a cold wind blowing.I'll take the heat over the cold any day,must be my Florida upbringing.

I really enjoy all the birds through out the day,they come in waves it seems.I'd like to put a bright florescent orange spot on a few of them to see if their repeaters.








I heard quite a thump at the back door as I was doing this post,after a few minutes I got up to look out the door..this poor little guy knocked the crap out of himself.I picked him up and held him a bit and put him in my Christmas tree I use for bird cover,about 5 minutes later he was gone.

You have to love the birds that we help during the cold months. I believe that the bird you helped is a male Gold finch in it's juvenile color phase.
