never ending sale

I put a lot of stuff in my store on sale this weekend. It was supposed to end last night at midnight, EDT. Haha, it's still on sale. NOT FUNNY! I went in and deleted every sale, getting a message that said, If you delete this sale all the items will no longer be on sale. Didn't work. It's all still on sale.
So I called ebay. They have no idea why my stuff is on sale still. So the guy (from India), tells me to put my whole store on vacation mode while they try to fix it. I was so annoyed. I told him I just came off of vacation mode and I'm not putting it back on.

ARGH. A bunch of morons who can't do anything that isn't on their script!

It really does seem like 90% of all support desks these days are handled by people reading scripts.

I heard there was some sort of software glitch that kept sales & vacations from ending. Sounds like you got caught up in that.

Yeah, that's what they took me. It was like 75 auctions, and I had to fix each price. Used the bulk editor, but was a pain.
