Never found a George III like this

Any ideas on this George III? Is it a full penny, another variety, an early 1800s variety? I haven't been able to get a date off of it and I still can't find a ton of information on it. It is a bit larger than other half pennies I have found and has a very large rim.

It's a penny, early 1800s.

Nice copper, I don't see too many of that type posted. That style of penny was minted between 1806-1808 (1808 penny is unique).
