My imagination says: We might think this object is too large to be a space vessel, however we
often forget that there are planets that are dozens/hundreds of times the size of the Earth,
meaning there could also be extra-large sized beings that are, technology wise, millions of
years ahead of humanity.

My common sense says: Wait until there is hard data to make any type of determination as
to what it is. IMHO it's still a comet until evidence says otherwise.

How would you observe an object going faster than the speed of light? Theoretically, just like an airplane traveling faster than the speed of sound is silent until it passes you, an object traveling faster than light would not be visible until it passed you.
