Hello all I just got a new Sand Shark with the 10.5 inch coil and am planning to hit the beach in Washington State and work my way down to Texas over the next few months. I will keep everyone posted on my progress. I will be out on Tuesday for a first Sand Shark hunt. I also have a Fisher F75LTD for dry hunts.

Thanks, Ray

Any luck with your Sand Shark? Picked up a Tiger Shark (TS) and was wondering if you had any success and how you were coping with this machine? I have two other water machines and I find the TS has a bit of a learning curve. Ground balancing seems to be under control, however, I am digging a lot of trash. My other two machines tell me to dig or not to dig. In deeper water I dig everything, however, the closer I get to shore the more bottle caps, pull tabs and bobbly pins makes for a lot of wasted energy. On my second time out with the TS I found a nice gold chain about 10 feet from shore. If wasn't for this find the TS would be hanging on the wall. Gary
