My brake pedal went down to the floor while I was in the parking lot of the Shop and Save. Walked one block to my mechanic's garage, gave him the keys and he will look at it.

I sous vide a rack of ribs for 24 hours and then threw them over indirect heat to smoke them for a couple of hours before finishing them off by searing them for a few seconds over direct heat. They came out delectable.
