I shop online. Convenience stores I stop at mostly have lots of parking and no line, which is why so many are closing and why we are seeing Amazon and other players doubling down on online shopping. It's a dieing industry.

Hasn't been a major mall built in 3 years...
Just went to my local mall for the first time in about a year...the place was a spooky ghost town...only about 30% of the spaces had a business.

I do believe that the Trump administration will give brick and mortar a little boost with tax cuts (announced this morning)

Could be but Sunday deliveries and not having to go out of your way and spend time shopping is a hard thing to overcome. Anylitic's say technology has moved past the old malls. Future will be interesting.
Heck, small town grocery store is going to start allowing you to email your list and send you a time for pickup as their attempt to combat Amazon and their upcoming onslaught on these super markets with their new selling tactics.

Well I went to the Court house in the town that is the county seat. Trying to get my concealed carry license. They sent me to the Sherriff's office over in the county jail. Filled out the application and put down names and addresses of 2 references. One is my dentist of more then 20 years. He is also a Police Surgeon for the NYPD. He helped with the the forensic I.D. of a lot of victims of the terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers on 911. My second reference is a retired Lieutenant of the NYPD. He was my neighbor for more than 20 years. The whole process took about 20 minutes. The clerk told me she will call me as soon as my background check is done. Should take no more than 2 weeks. No time for a nap today but I am last.
