New CZ21 has landed!

got my new CZ21 Xmas ...hit the beach this morning..it works just like the CZ20 .only diff i see is the pinpoint button is like a touch lamp.touch-n-go..it works well on salt beach.ran sensitivity @ 10,thats wide open,no problem.id was good except it did ID some of the real crusted penny's as Gold/Tab tone.depth was good ,about 10/12" on a penny.overall i like it! back out tomorrow!

Hey Dixie digger I'm thinking about buying cz 21 this week . I'm a minelab guy but I HAVE HEARD ALOT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE CZ21 I just sold my excal 1000 and I have to replace it asap .I water hunt 4 days a week and to be honest I haven't got very many tickets with the excal 1000 ,I'm a little disappointed.. I do much better with my sov GT. That's why I'm leaning towards the cz 21. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks Guzz1

hello Guzz1,iv owned 3 Excals,1 CZ20 and 1 CZ21..of the three i liked the CZ21 the best.it is easy to use and built like a tank.it hip mounts well, the Excal is hard to hip mount because of the long tube shape and way too heavy to shaft mount,at least for me.they claim an Excal will find Gold under Iron but i cant say for sure because i never found iron and gold in same scoop! i do know the CZ21 is made better than the Excal.depth wise id rate them about the same.they both work well in salt water.if the price was within $100 eather way id go with the CZ21.good luck,hope ya find Gold!
