Those are some nice coins, and the buckle looks very early. Awesome finds, make sure to hit that place hard!

More evidence that that type of buckle dates to the early 19th century as all the other finds appear to date to that period. Hope to see more finds soon from that site

That batwing buckle is sweet, shame the plow got after it a bit. Nice coins too. Very well done.

I look forward to seeing what else you find, good luck.

Great finds! Congrats on a sweet hunt.

I have a few of those in my 25 pounds or so of old coppers I bought at 25 cents a piece, my coin dealer get in tons of old coppers and has let me have first pick of them for the past 5 years, until I moved too far away to go there. I know it is a Canadian halfpenny of some sort, but I am going to check again to narrow it down. Not sure what the oval one is.

I quickly grabbed one, 1837 one penny bank token, from Canada. Awesome find right there!

Congratualtions on the nice coins and relics! :occasion14:

I love those old coppers, especially the Canadian. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, I've got about 4 1/2 hours of digging so far but will pound this field.

This is the kind of hunt that i want to find myself doing! I have found several of these sites by me, but most current property owners are in nursing homes or not responsive, and their family has been impossible to locate.
I am not giving up after seeing this, because you are killing the finds! Huge congrats!!

As coinman said its a Canadian bank token Ive found a few over the years, the back side is pretty toasty and the other piece is toasty to but you can see a reeded edge maybe a token of some kind
