Hello to all!

Yes I am considered a newbie on this website, but I've been an avid reader of this website for years. I've finally decided to take part in the discussions.

I've been treasure hunting for over 15 years, and I specialize in a lot of modalities and aspects of this hobby. I have a lot of information locked up in this head of mine, and I've finally decided to pop into other people's threads and offer up support where it can be useful to others.

In the past, I've never considered treasure hunting a team sport. My focus is on the research side of the task, and I've previously never felt compelled to insert my information into the public square. There are conversations that I've seen in the public forums where my information would be quite helpful, and at this point in my life, it's not an issue for me to offer a little help to someone that is on the right track to begin with.

I look forward to having great discussions with you guys and gals about treasure hunting, that has been my passion for a long time!

Hello, So you have been treasure hunting for 15 years, but don't actually dig. You specialize in information that leads to the dig.
Does that make you a treasure magazine author?

Hahahaha! No, but I can see your point! I find things I'm looking for in historical documentation, hop on a plane, go hiking for a few days to document and verify the finds and the locations, and then gather the evidence to support my findings. It's what I love to do, and there is an endgame in my plan. But for now, I'm building the cache, while the plan plays out. So In simple terms..... yes I find where to dig, and no I haven't dug yet! Lol!
