Have you guys seen that if you buy new halves from the mint they are $20.00 for a $10.00 roll that means each coin is worth a dollar to a collector. Have you guys ever thought of getting those coins from the Fed/Bank insted of the mint and selling them by the roll on ebay and making $500 per box??? It seems like a good idea.

yea bud, i just dumped over 250 coins 2002-2009 back into the wild... darn, I could've doubled my money. Maybe they will be sent your way.

The mint charges that much because they are uncirculated. The coins are worth legal tender, which is what their value says on the coin "Half Dollar".

Remember, coins are only worth what you can sell them for. Look on eBay, and see what a roll of NIFC halves are selling for. It isn't $20.

If you ask the teller they can get you new ones in about uncirculated contition.

About Uncirculated condition doesn't cut it for modern half collectors. It will only serve as a filler until a mint state example is obtained.
