New permission gives up a 1864 2 center and some homestead relics!

Was hunting on a old high school friends property today when he came out in the field to talk to me and told me to get in the side by side and he'll show me where another house site was. Put me right on top of the homesite and said I'll be back in about 15 minutes to take you back to your truck, in that short time I was able to pull 3 flat buttons! Went and parked my truck as close as I could get to this new site and as soon as I walk up I got a 77 on the D2 and out pops the 2 center, site was in corn stubble so very difficult to swing. Can't wait till next fall to hunt it in bean stubble! The 1919s wheaty was laying on top of the ground.

It's great when the landowner tells you X marks the site.
Swinging in corn stubble is hard. I've swung in the next row diagonally just to get a longer swing.
