I had seen by the tracking number that Garrett had received my Propointer today.Gave them a call, and told them I didn't want this one repaired or a new one sent back. I told them I wanted an upgrade and was willing to pay the price difference. Instead they agreed to send a new Propointer II at no additional charge. They also sent a return shipping label and reshipping all free. This puts my trust back in Garrett backing their products. HH RJ
