🔎 UNIDENTIFIED New site / novelty bottle lighter

Went to new spot found this novelty bottle with patent applied for on bottom. It's got a lip in middle so it comes off but I haven't tried yet. I'm thinking lighter or bottle opener corkscrew

Neat. There were several makers but, most commonly, KEM Manufacturing / KEM Inc. of Detroit, Michigan in the 1940s and 1950s.

first glance when it was covered in dirt was old Co2 cartridge I'm glad I didn't toss it
