Been awhile since I posted, haven't really gotten much of late, but this hunt was much better. I was able to get us person at a property that we have been looking at for awhile. It took us so long because everytime we went to ask no one was ever home. I got lucky though and was able to score a good piece of ground.

Ok, got a very nice stirrup, iron buckle, spoon handles, a fired musketball, bottom right is a big and fat curtain weight I think. Inside the stirrup there are two flat buttons with no shank and a plain front, a 1919 wheat penny, two V nickles- one 1904 and one 1912 were in the same hole together. The bottom left of the picture is a small suspender clip. The center piece inside the stirrup is a dog tag. It reads "This dog belongs to John W. Snowberge Hollidaysburg PA. R.D. 2. Rival Dog Food. The thing at the top of the picture is a glass canning jar lid. This was the signal I was after, it was a half crappy signal but there was so much ironm in the area that I dug for it, glad I did. The lid says "Cohansey Glass Manuf. Co Philad PA, Patented July.16. 1872.

That 1912 V looks like it may be a "S" mint mark.
Be careful cleaning it up, it's a key date.
Great hunt congrates

I know its not an "S" mint. It would be between the dot and the rim and there is nothing there. Thanks for looking though.

Here is just a little blurb I found off of google. Other than that, I didn't find much. It also said it was made out of brass.

This tag is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s or 1940s. The tag was most likely mailed away for with proofs of purchase. It has a rope boarder and it is marked as follows:
