It does show promise. I'm wondering, you said you "found" this site in the fall. How did that come about? Just happened across it? Or did you find a potential through research/word of mouth/etc.? Just curious.

I studied the history of the area, talked to old timers, gained permission, and then followed my instincts on where I would reside if I was back in the day, and then just stumbled upon it.
