Hi All -

Yesterday evening I went for a quick hunt at a new spot. Unfortunately it got cut short because of rain, but I did manage to find a nice old crotal bell, marked with a number "2" - only the second one I've found.

I'm looking forward to trying this place again this weekend when the rain lets up - seems promising.

A minor find compared to others here, but I still think it's pretty cool. Thanks for looking - HH!

That's a nice find. My wife latches on to every complete one I find. Congrats

That's a great find!! I've only found one and it was only half of one. Thanks for sharing

One of my favorite relics to find, very nice!

I've seen these over the years but never knew what they were called. Yours looks to be in really good condition. Are you in Amish country?

Thanks! I found this in Bucks county, PA, which is about 75 miles East of what I'd consider Amish country (ie, Lancaster county).

That's a good indication of what remains to be found at a site .... because you know, nobody, whether they were cherry picking or not, would ever walk past a signal like that.

Nice find. I like finding those old crotal bells.
